Three Models, Three Musical Approaches
- Yamaha YTR-9610
The YTR-9610 is a lightweight Eb/D trumpet, highly regarded for its quick response and exceptional ease of play.
Its conversion system allows players to switch easily between Eb and D by replacing the bell together with the first and third valve slides.

• Medium Bore: 11.30 mm (.445")

- Yamaha YTR-9635
The YTR-9635 is a heavyweight E/Eb trumpet designed for musicians seeking a powerful sound and outstanding stability.
Specifications:
• Heavyweight One-piece 123 mm (4-7/8") Yellow Brass Bell
• Medium-Large Bore: 11.65 mm (.459")
Its interchangeable bell system and dedicated valve slides allow quick conversion between the keys of E and Eb.
- Yamaha YTR-9636
Developed in collaboration with John Hagstrom, Principal Trumpet of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, the YTR-9636 is a heavyweight Eb/D trumpet.
It features a newly designed leadpipe inspired by the renowned MC1 Malone Pipe along with a unique S-shaped configuration that significantly improves response and intonation.
Conversion between D and Eb is achieved simply by replacing the main tuning slide together with the first and third valve slides, without changing the bell.
